It is the common phenomenon nowadays there are some persons disobeying traffic rules on the road. What’s worse, many a person always litter here and there in the streets, that is of our great concern. I have some specific ideas to share when it comes to handle these problems. I will observe traffic rules whenever I’m on my way to school. First and foremost, never will I cross a road until the traffic light turned green. Secondly, I will always use the zebra crossing. One Saturday afternoon, Li Hua and Wang Ping was having an environmental protection activity near the rivers when they catch sight of a bird on the ground. They picked it out and found it wounded. “White pollution” was becoming more and more serious. It is causing by plastic bags. In China about three billion plastic bags are used every a day, that results in a great waste of resources and heavy environmental pollution. Luckily, the government had forbidden people to using free plastic bags. The government demands all supermarkets should not provide customers to free plastic bags. This will undoubted reduce the use of plastic bags. But people should turn to cloth bags and baskets from now on. As students, we must try our best to use plastic bags again in order to keep “white pollution” off us campus.

Environmental pollution does great harm to us. Tens of thousands of people die of disease caused by pollution. The area of desert in the world is growing and the weather is getting worst because the forest damage. The waste gas and liquid from factories have polluted air or rivers. Everyone is eager to get fresh air, pleasant weather and safe drunk water.
Luckily more and more people have realized what serious the problem is and they were trying their best to take measures to protect the environment. Therefore, we still need to encourage more and more people to join us in protecting their environment. Let’s keep in the mind that protecting the environment is saving ourselves!
