Posted at 3:07 p. m. by Nick Lost is such a cool show. It’s filmed in Oahu, Hawaii, but it’s a drama about the adventures of a group of people whose plane crashes on an island in the South Pacific. It has such a big cast (阵容) that it’s one of TV’s most expensive shows to make. My friends and I are such big fans that it’s all we talk about when we get together! |
Posted at 2:48 p. m. by Mayu These days there are so few good shows on television that I rarely watch it anymore. But I never miss Star Academy. It’s a singing competition and reality TV show all in one, and it’s shown in over 50 countries! The winners are so talented that they often become successful in the music industry. But even the losers are great. They all do so much work to prepare for their final performances. I just can’t stop watching. |
Posted at 2:31 p. m. by Shane There are so many crime drama series on TV that I get them all confused. And we all have so little free time that we can’t waste it watching boring shows, like Bake Time. The one I recommend is Law Order. The acting is great, and the cast is good-looking. Plus, the story lines are so gripping that you slip into another world! |

iPanda is an online channel. It provides a 24-hour live streaming (视频直播) of giant pandas.
In August 2013, China Network Television (CNTV) started this panda broadcast together with Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding and China Conservation and Research Centre for Giant Panda. They hope to provide people with a window to watch giant pandas’ real life and to solve problems about endangered animals. This panda broadcasting is shown mainly on the official (官方的) website ipanda.com and it is in English, Chinese and German.
CNTV has set up more than 30 high definition (清晰度) video cameras in Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding and also Wolong National Nature Reserve. Through those cameras, a group of program directors (导演) in the control room can watch pandas, and they will choose about 20 cameras for online live streaming. On the website, people can watch pandas in different stages of life including adult pandas, young pandas and baby pandas. Registered users can also make comments (评论) below the live streaming.
Program directors will make 30-minute videos every day as well including panda wiki, panda introductions and panda stories. Those videos will be shown on the YouTube iPanda Channel and also on other social media including Facebook and Instagram.
