Of all the instructive proverb, the one I like best is “Where there is a will, there is a way”, what has a special meaning for me. Last Friday, our school organized outdoor activity for us students, what purpose was to build up our bodies and relax ourselves. Full of excitement, we start our day by exploring the local beautiful parks. Enjoyed the fresh air, the warm sunshine and the clear sky, we talked but laughed along the way. We felt tired but happy. Last week, a group of international students paid visit to our school to learn about our tea-drinking culture. They were taken to the tea room in our school which I introduced the history of tea making and different kind of tea. Then I showed them what to make tea. I sat at a table, explaining every step of the process while make tea. All of them were amazing and couldn’t wait to have a try. Soon the tea room became live with everyone trying to make our own tea. We had a lot of fun, practicing but enjoying the tea.

In order to help us students fully appreciate the beauty of China, our school hold a “Charming China” micro-video contest last weekend.

To inspire us students to take exercise outdoor and build all of us up, so our school organized a sports meeting. Hundreds of students took active part. The meeting included various events designing for all students. Among them the 4×100m relay made the strongest impression for us. Last week, aiming to enriched our school life, we students took part in an activity with the theme of “Getting to Know the Intangible Cultural Heritage Around Us”, organizing by the Student Union. With the aim of enriching our school life, our school hold a chorus competition last week. Our teacher encouraged us take an active part in the activity. Late, we carried out a heated discussion to select songs. Finally all student in our class agreed on sing “Defending Yellow River” in the competition.
