On January 5th, students in our school visited Robot World, which we saw a great many robot. It was amazing to find those robots could do a great number of things just like real people included playing chess, playing piano and drawing pictures. What’s more, the robots were in different kinds and shapes, which made us enjoyable. In addition, that excited me most was the show given by a group of robots. They danced just as if they were dancers on the stage. By visiting Robot World, I have learned a lot of about robots, especial about its functions and shapes. The great human wisdom is too powerful that it make us feel more comfortable to live in the world.

How much water should you drink each day? Studies have produced varying advices over the years. But your individual water needs depend many factors. Know more about your body’s needs will help me estimate how much water to drink each day. Normal kidneys can release nearly a quart of fluid every hour. If you drink less than that, you’ll keep the extra water in your body, that can be poisonous to your health. For the most people, drinking more than needed water is neither necessary or medically helpful. Normal day water intake is up to the level of physical activity and climate. It was recommended that men should not drink over 3. 7 liters and 2. 7 liters for women.

As we are spending more and more time online, both our teachers or parents are increasingly worried about the possibly side effects of the Internet.
But increased use of the Internet is not necessarily good or worse. It becomes unhealthy only when it starts replacing with such important things as physical activities and avoiding friends and families. If our schools and families only focus the amount of screen time, they’re concentrating on the wrong things. What matters are how we spend our time online. Actually, spending more time online may be beneficial for them if we can use the Internet properly. We can learn such things as search for important information and communicating with different persons, who are very important life skills in the future.

Everybody needs time to relax and have fun, even if they’re too old for the playground. School days are long and requires a lot of focus. Students should be given the opportunity to taking a real break. After hours of sitting at a desk, they can make most of the time for the physically activity. Besides, it has been shown to lower stress levels but boost the ability to focus on in class afterward. Students at schools with a break for upper grade say they return to class more energized and refreshing. Even if they’re not being active, the break gives us a chance to socialize, that helps them learn communication and other skills. Why should school be all work and no play?

I was a senior high school student. In my opinion, the classroom is place for students to gain knowledges. So quietness is badly needed for us to learning in the classroom. So recently some students have brought their mobile phones to the classroom and we often hear of the ring of mobile phones. Some of them even waste precious time in class type short messages on the mobile phones. To keep the classroom quietly and make us focus more on their studies, I suggest that mobile phones shouldn’t be used in the classroom. At least, we can’t used them when we are having a class.
