It was a lot of years ago. I became a father, but I still wanted to study. So I spent quite a lot of time     1     classes. I took classes because I wanted to find a good job. I hoped it could help me to get a much     2     life for my family.

One day, while I was on the way home. I found a car stopped along the road. An old woman sat in it and     3     to start it. At that time, the telephone was not as     4     as it is now. I knew any other help     5    not arrive soon. So I stopped my car behind     6    . And then I gave her a hand. I helped her push the car and then start the car     7    . As I said goodbye, the old woman thanked me with tears in her     8    . It was only a small act, but why did she thank me like that? Then she told me her son was in hospital. She had to see her son     9     the last time.

    10     it was just one small kind act, it helped that woman a lot. One kind act can change the world. One kind act can make this world a better place.

Aron Ralston is an American man who is interested in mountain climbing. As a mountain climber, Aron is used to     1     risks. This is one of the exciting things about doing dangerous sports. On April 26, 2003, he found     2     in a very dangerous situation when climbing in Utah.

On that day, Aron’s arm was     3     under a 360-kilo rock that fell on him when he was climbing by himself in the mountains. Because he could not free his arm, he stayed there for five days. But when his water     4    , he used his knife to cut off half his right arm. Then, with his left arm, he bandaged himself so that he would not lose too     5     blood.
