As is known to us all, the Mona Lisa is famous for the mysterious smile. But what is the secret behind     2     smile? This is a question always asked by many art-lovers, but it     3     unanswered so far.

Well now, we have the chance to ask Mona Lisa     4    , thanks to a new interactive exhibition in Beijing which brings the 500-year-old painting to life.

    5    , Leonardo da Vinci’s 16th century masterpiece is now able to move her head and wave her hand in 3D, and even answer questions.

The new, digital Mona Lisa is a great work created by the World Classic Interactive Arts Exhibition in Beijing, which also displays other world-famous paintings     8     Da Vinci’s Last Supper.

The exhibition’s organizer Wang Hui spent two years     9     the collection with a team of over 400 digital artists, at a cost of around 50 million yuan.

He says, “What’s special about this is that it’s the first time that 3D technology, holographic (全息) technology, and voice recognition (识别) technology have been     10     together in one exhibition.”
