增加：在缺词处加一个漏字符号(∧)，并在其下面写出该加的词。

删除：把多余的词用斜线（\）划掉。

修改：在错误的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出改正后的词。

注意：1. 每句最多一处错误。

2. 每处错误及其修改均仅限一词。

Exercising is one of the most important thing we can do for our bodies. Eating good food and drink water are not enough to make us strong and health. A person should exercising at least three times a week for an hour or more.If we want to lose weight, they may have to exercise five or six times a week. Running and walking are good with your heart. You will feel really relaxing after you finish the exercise.                            

When you run, you have to use your legs and arms. This make your legs stronger. If you didn’t exercise in before, it is the best to start slowly. It is also good idea to talk to your doctor before you start exercising.
