On Black Friday, shoppers will often wake up very early to wait in line at stores after they open. They might start wait in line as early as 2 or 3 am. Sometimes, the crowds will be such big that it is impossible to get inside the store. People sometimes fight over things because there are only a few are left.
The Mid-Autumn Festival fall on the 15th of the eight month in Chinese lunar calendar. As one of the traditional Chinese festivals, it has been enjoyed great popularity in our country. Usual, no matter how far away or how busy we are, we will try to come to home for the celebration. The moon that night looks the brighter in the whole lunar month. That we love most is the moment when we enjoy the full moon together. With the beautiful moon up in night sky, we sit together, eating mooncakes and fruit and sharing their stories. In addition to these traditional activity, we have a variety of choices such as travelling or visiting our relatives or friends.
The Spring Festival, also knowing as the Chinese New Year, is a tradition festival in China. The Spring Festival usually falls in late January or early February. People celebrate them in different ways.
I always come back to home to celebrate the festival with my family. On the eve of the Spring Festival, all the family members will get together or have a big dinner. Then, while watching the Spring Festival Gala, we will play games and talk about which has happened recently until midnight.
On first day of the New Year, people usual wear new clothes and visit their relatives. They said “Happy New Year!” to each other, which is a good way to express their best wish for the coming year.

The summer job is a tradition among American university students. Long after the end of the school year, students start their summer vacation job search. They send letters to businesses, going to job interviews, and ask our friends and relatives for help. By June the students usually have been found their jobs and then they begin preparing to enter the world of works.
Reasons for wanting a summer job differs from student to student. Some work help pay their school expenses, others work to gain experience in their chosen professions: still others work just for the funny of it. Salesmen or waiters are two of the much common jobs that students try to find during the summer months.
6 . Recently, citizens in our city had a heated debate on if we should explore the cultural relic, which was discovered in our city. Different people have different opinions.
Some people are in favour the idea. They think the cultural relic is worth explore, which will make people to learn more great history. What’s more, cultural relic site can attract more visitor to our city, that will improve our tourism.
However, others hold an opposite opinion, think that we should keep it as it is and protect it proper. Only in this way can it not be destroyed by people.
As far as I am concern, we should ask the experts for advice to find a better way to make good use of this cultural relic.

Last winter vacation，some of my classmates decide to travel with their friends，while I chose to take parttime job to gain experience and earn some money.I learned from my teacher that a nearby company was looking after students with good handwriting to write addresses on envelope.The pay were 10 cents per envelope.I headed for the company，feeling sure I would easy finish 300 envelopes in five hours and to earn the money.Actual，I only finished 200.Now，I fully understand how hard is to earn money.Getting out of the classroom is indeed necessary for we all.
