Water is essential to life. However, 785 million people in the world (1 in 9) lack access to it. According to a report by the World Economic Forum (论坛), the water crisis    1    (be) the global risk in terms of impact on society.

“The number of children according to National Health Service (NHS) with serious mental health problems     1     (be) at an all-time high,“ say doctors.
