A 24-hour self-service library was     1    (official) opened to the public in Lhasa, Tibet Autonomous (自治的) Region, as part of an effort     2    (encourage) reading.

Located inside the city government’s service hall, the 24-hour self-service library operates through     3     unattended borrowing and returning device based on RFID technology.
