Yesterday was my mother birthday. My father and I planned to give him a surprise. In the morning, like usual, my father and mother went to work but I went to school at eight o’clock. My mother seemed to have forgotten her birthday. At four o’clock in the afternoon my father bought a bunch of flowers as well a lot of good food my mother likes to eat. I bought my mother large and beautiful birthday cake. When my mother got home, she was greatly surprised by what that she saw. All that we had done made her very happily. After supper, I asked my mother to sit down and watched TV. My father began to clean the floor and I set out to doing the washing-up.

My twelve birthday was the most unforgettable and special one. On that day, I received a life-changing gift for my grandmother. It was a pair of roller skates. I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened a box. The shoes were so beautiful. The shoes, like a spell, total changed my life. I was used to be shy and had no friends, because I was scared to talk with others. The moment I learn how to skate, I became confidence and outgoing. I made plenty friends by doing this. I'm thankful to my grandmother. Now I'm a happy girl and believe in me. I smile after I meet new people.
Two weeks before my wife's birthday, I telephone some of her friends from university and requested that they send the video, wishing her a "Happy Birthday". I asked them to tell the pleasant memories they had during his university days. I received seven videos from the friends she had not been in touch for eight years! Many of them described fun memory from university and talked about that how much they missed those times. Before I showed the videos to my wife on her birthday, she could not stop smile. She was very happy but I saw tears of happiness in her eyes. A simple action made her birthday specially by connecting her to old friends.
