Humor is not only considered as one of the most valuable quality, but necessary for a delightful life. You can clear feel Joe’s sense of humor when staying with her. Joe is kind but overweight, who brings him much trouble. Once after class one classmate asked for him, “Why are you so fat?” We all stopped to stare at him, wondering how Joe would answer question. He just says in a calm voice, “Well, because my size must be large enough to hold my large heart of love.” Heard his words, we burst into laughter. Not only did Joe took the joke, but he managed to deal with the embarrassed situation.

In my childhood, my parents sent me to learn Chinese calligraphy. However, things are quite opposite to their expectations. Not only I get bored with hours of practice but also I doubted about the valuable of it. Nevertheless, when I entered high school, write calligraphy proved both essential or beneficial. It was at that time when I realized how important it is to master a certain skill.
Judging from my own experience, I want to say a few word to those children who have a same trouble as I did. Do not refuse to learn a skill when young, as at the long run you will find them helpful.
I learned early in life that I had to be more patient and little aggressive. From the time I was about four until I was about six, I destroyed each of my toy. I was happy when the toys worked, but when things did wrong, I got angry and broke it. For a while parents bought me new toys. But before long they began to see which was happening. When I tear apart my fifth birthday toy train, my father said, “That’s it. No more toys to you.” My punishment lasted a year. Meanwhile, I found out that with more patience I must make my toys to last. My attitude changed from then on.

Good afternoon, fellow students! It's quite obvious what failure is part of our life. And no one can live their without suffer from failure, for which some people cry, some get drunk, and the others even become depressed for a long time.
But does remember that failure is the mother of success. So it is not wise to look on failure the end of the world. Disappointment, sadness and complaining are both useless. In my opinions, we should develop a positively attitude towards it and face it bravely. If we treated failure as an opportunity to learn, we can improve but get nearer to success day by day.
