I’m Paul. I am a tidy boy. In my room, the books are always on the desk. My computer game is always there, too. My shoes are always under the bed. My schoolbag is always on the sofa. I am tidy, but my dog Coco is not. Look at my room. It is in a mess now. The books are everywhere—on the bed, on the sofa and under the desk. My computer game is on the bed. My shoes are on the sofa. Where is my schoolbag? Oh, it’s under the bed. Where is Coco? Is it under the bed? Is it under the sofa? No, it is not in the room now.

I have a good friend, Jason. He is an English boy. Now he’s in Beijing with his parents, Mr. White and Mrs. White. And his sister Amy lives with them, too. He loves his family very much.

Mr. White works in a middle school in Beijing. His students all like him, because he teaches English very well. At school, he is a basketball star(篮球明星), too. He wants to learn ping pong, but it’s not easy for him.

Mrs. White is a housewife. She stays(呆在) at home. She can cook(烹饪) very well. Jason and Amy like the food she cooks. She is good at telling interesting stories, too. She is a great mother.

Jason likes sports and he’s good at playing soccer. At school, his English is great and he always helps with my English after class. But Amy doesn’t like sports at all. She likes nice clothes!

When students go to a new school, they can be scary (害怕的). They worry (担心) about their studies.     44     But do not worry too much.
