What is a healthy lifestyle? Most students may give the answer, healthy food and more exercise. I agree with them, but I am sure that the answer is not enough. Here are some more ways I want to tell you.

Get active（积极的）

This is the most important way of a healthy lifestyle. Walking, running, swimming and other sports will help you keep fit.

If your job needs long hours of sitting, get up often and walk. Don’t be lazy and it will stop your body and mind. Be active at your workplace, around your neighborhood and wherever possible.

Keep clean

Keep the place around you clean. It is another way to make your life healthy. If you live in a dirty place, you may feel sick and get angry easily.

Eat healthily

Food is very important in our daily life. Eating more fruits and vegetables will be a good choice（选择）for you to have a healthy diet. Do not eat junk food, it is not good for your health.

Live green

It is the easiest way to live a healthy lifestyle. Plant trees around your house, it not only makes your house beautiful but also makes your feelings good when you live there. What’s more, try to save water and stop using things that are bad for the environment.

If you do like that, our life will be better and better.

Eating habits are different in different countries. The Chinese have a saying, “Eat good things for breakfast, eat a big meal for lunch, but eat less at dinner.” Many people in the USA agree that one starts a day with a good breakfast, but their ideas about lunch and dinner are different.

Most people in America only give themselves a short time to have their lunch, so they eat a small lunch. After work, they can have much time to eat a big dinner. Also a quiet dinner at home with all the family talking about their day is a way to take a good rest after a long, hard day of work.

Eating at restaurants is also different. In China, very often you can hear people talking and laughing loudly, and they are just having a good time. In America it is not like this. They usually eat a good meal far away from the noisy places. If they are making some noise, other people will look at them angrily, even the manager (经理) will ask them to be quiet.
