Step 1: Wear comfortable clothes. Also wear comfortable running shoes that allow you to jump easily. Dancing needs a lot of movements, so it is smart to take care of your feet.
Step 2: Get some music that you can dance to and bring a radio or a CD player.
Step 3: Invite some friends to square dancing. Put some music on and start dancing to it. Use your feet as much as possible and make movements follow music.
Step 4: Put your arms up to the right, and then move them quickly to the left while turning your body. This will make others start square dancing.

When I was in the seventh grade, I volunteered about thirty to forty hours a week at a local hospital in my town. Most of the time I was with Mr. Gillespie. He never had any visitors, and nobody seemed to care about him. I spent many days there holding his hand and talking to him. He became a close friend of mine, although he never replied to me. Mr. Gillespie was still in a coma (昏迷).
I was away for a week to go on vacation with my parents, and when I came back, Mr. Gillespie had gone. I didn’t have the courage (勇气) to ask where he was, for fear they might tell me he had been dead.
Several years passed. One day, when I was at the gas station, I noticed a familiar (熟悉的) face. When I realized who he was, I asked him if his name was Mr. Gillespie, and if he had been in a coma about five years ago. With an uncertain look on his face, he replied, “Yes” I explained how I knew him, and what I did in the hospital. With tears in his eyes, he gave me a warm hug.
He told me that when he was in a coma, he could hear me talking to him and feel me holding his hand. He thought it was an angel, not a person, who was there with him. Mr. Gillespie believed that my voice and touch kept him alive.
Although I haven’t seen him since then, he fills my heart with joy every day. I know that I made a difference to him. More importantly, I will never forget him and what he did for me; he made me an angel.

Everyone gets angry. Many things may make you angry. Maybe your teacher gave you too much homework. Or maybe a friend borrowed your favorite video game and then broke it. You may get angry when something doesn’t go your way. Maybe you get mad at yourself when your team loses an important game. Or maybe you become a road anger (路怒族) when a driver accidentally cuts in front of you. That makes you angry! You need to know what to do with your anger. Here are some things you can do when you feel angry:
Talk to a friend you can trust.
Count (数数) to ten.
Get or give a hug.
Take some exercise.
Draw a picture of our anger.
Play a video game.
Run around the outside of the house five times as fast as you can.
Sing along with the CD player.
Think good thoughts (maybe about a fun vacation or your favorite sport).
Take a bike ride, go skating, play basketball—do something active!
Never getting angry is impossible. But when you are angry, you can do something and it can make things better or worse. Don’t let anger be the boss of you. Be in control of it!
