Friday, April 7

It is a big day. I invite some good friends to come to my house. We have dinner first. Then in the afternoon. I plan to take them to watch a great movie.

I’m Caroline.I’m from New York, the USA.I eat early. I have bread for breakfast at about 6:30, and salad for lunch at about 11:30. For dinner, I always eat chicken or fish. When I want to eat something between meals (两餐之间), it’s always fruit, like bananas, pears and apples.

I go to work by bike and run 10 kilometers a day. I’m a waitress (女服务员), so I walk a lot all day. I think that’s good for me. I don’t want to be fat.

Many people in New York don’t eat right. They say they don’t have time to buy food and cook, so they go out for their meals all the time. I don’t think they have good eating habits.

At home, I like cooking for my family. I also like playing with my little cat or reading books with my sister before bed.

I am very busy on Friday. At 8:00 I have math. It is not fun. The teacher says it is useful, but I think it is difficult. Then at 9:00 I have science. It is difficult but interesting. At 10:00 I have history. After that, I have P.E. at 11:00. It is easy and fun. Lunch is from 12:00 to 1:00, and after that we have Chinese. It is my favorite subject. Our Chinese teacher, Mrs. Wang, is great fun. My classes finish at l:50, but after that I have an art lesson for two hours. It is really relaxing!
