Dancing Raisins (葡萄干) What you need: clear soda (苏打水), two glasses, water, some raisins Steps: >     Fill one glass with clear soda, and the other glass with water. >     Put the raisins in each glass, and watch how they act in water and soda. What’s happening? Once the gas bubbles (气泡) reach the surface of the soda, they break and the gas is given off into the air.
