I have a good friend. Her name is Mary Green. We often call her Mary. We are in the     1     class, so we are classmates. I often play games     2     her after class. She likes tennis because she thinks it’s very interesting.     3     I don’t like it. It’s too difficult for me. I play ping-pong     4    . Sometimes(有时), Mary     5     me to help her play ping-pong. Sports can help us to be healthy. We can learn a lot from them.

We met each other in the nursery class on the very first day. We sit together in the classroom and share     2     very happily without any problems. We know each other very     3     and we also understand each other’s need. He is     4    , good looking and smart. He is very good at studies and polite to everyone. He does his classwork and homework very     5    . He is the class teacher’s favourite student,     6     he is very punctual(守时的) and follows all the rules.

We share     7     lunch in the lunch time. He always respects(尊重) my feelings and helps me. Many things of us like hobbies, likes and     8    are similar. We love listening to music, watching     9     and playing cards at home. We take care of each other at school. We share school copies and help each other whenever one of us remain absent from the school. We love drawing pictures in our spare time. We go for a picnic with our parents together in every winter and summer     10     .

Walden is a small town in England. Cars can’t go into the center of the town, so it is very fun to walk     1    .

The museum is big and nice. You     2     spend half a day in the museum. It’s outside the town. The museum brings history     3     life. You can even ride a horse or sit on a chair in the street. I was     4     in a 1950s living room in the museum. It was just like my grandmother’s house. I     5     there when I was a child.

If you can wait, there is a new show opening soon. It’s about candies! If you like them, this show is a good place for you. You can learn about     6     history. I never see so many different     7     of candies. But I can’t go now     8     the show starts on the 26th of July.

When you are here, have a look around Walden, too. You can     9     green signs. They will take you to the museum and you will see lots of other real     10     along the way, too. I believe you can have a good time.

Some students cheat (作弊) because they’re busy or lazy and they want to get good grades without     1     the time studying. Other students might feel that they can’t     2     the test without cheating. Even when there seems to be a “good reason” for cheating , it isn’t a good idea.

A student who thinks cheating is the only way to pass a test     3     to talk with the teacher and his or her parents, so they can find some better ways together. Talking about these problems and     4     them out will help feel better than cheating.

If a student gets caught cheating, the teacher may give a “zero” on the test, send him or her to the headteacher’s     5    , and call his or her parents. Worse than the     6     grade may be the feeling of having disappointed those people, like parents and teachers. A parent may worry that you are not an     7     person and a teacher might watch you more closely the next time you’re taking a test.

There are plenty of reasons why a kid shouldn’t cheat, but some students have already cheated. If that’s you, it’s     8     too late to stop cheating. Cheating can become a     9    , but a student is always able to act better and make better     10    . It might help to talk the problem over with a parent, teacher or friend.
