Disabled people who climb a skyscraper

In January, Lai Chi-wai used a rope to pull himself up over 820 feet (250 meters) along the side of a skyscraper in Hong Kong. Mr Lai is a disable person     1     can’t move his legs. He was strapped into his wheelchair as he climbed.
