Be calm (冷静). Sometimes, you feel so angry that you really want to teach somebody a lesson. But being angry can’t solve (解决) problems. A fight can’t help, either. It may bring you more problems. In the school, everyone will be punished (惩罚), if he gets into a fight. There are no winners in a fight.
Shout loudly. If you know someone is coming up behind you to attack, turn towards the person with your hands up in front of your body and loudly say “stop” before walking away. Loud voice can usually make the attacker calm down. If the person doesn’t stop, shout for help by calling out the name of a teacher whose office is not far away.
_________. Your friend may ask you to join in a fight, but helping him fight is not really helpful to him. If you really want to help him, try to ask him to give it up. Also, he may get hurt and be punished. Then, try to learn why he wants a fight and help him find a right way to solve the problem.

When you are sad or angry, keep calm (冷静的) and then try thinking of a way to solve the problem. You could go out to run around or play a tall, or just find a quiet place and relax. When you’re really calm, talk with the person you argued with. Then maybe you’ll feel much better.

Caring for my teeth
Your teeth are different in shape and size depending on where they are in your mouth. These differences allow the teeth to do many different jobs. Teeth help us to chew food. They help us to talk, and to pronounce different sounds clearly. Finally, teeth help to give our face its shape.
It is easy to get your mouth clean and healthy, and keep it that way. A simple routine can help prevent most dental problems:
Brush your teeth last thing at night and at least one other time during the day.
Clean between the teeth with brushes at least once a day.
Good eating habits.
Regular dental check-ups.
Your dentist will be able to tell you which toothbrush is suitable for you. You can buy more specialized (专用的) toothbrushes. For example, people with sensitive teeth can use softer brushes. There are also smaller-headed toothbrushes for people with irregular teeth.
Tests have shown that electric toothbrushes are more effective (有效的). Everyone can use an electric brush. They are especially useful for disabled or elderly people.
Electric brushes can also be better for children as they may be more likely to brush regularly because of the fun that the electric brushes bring them.

The book tells us that when facing changes in our life, like a new school or new friends, we shouldn’t be afraid. We should use the changes to make a better life.
