【推荐1】It's good to share your feelings with others. No matter whether your feelings are good or not, it can also help you to get closer to people who you care about and who care about you.

But how to share your feelings? First, you should focus (聚焦于) on your feelings. You can't tell your friends what's inside your backpack if you don't know what's in it yourself. Feelings are the same way. Before you share them with someone, you should know what feelings you have. You can make a list of feelings in your head or by writing it out on a piece of paper or even by drawing pictures. What bothers (烦扰) you? Does it make you sad or angry? Do you feel this emotion (情感) only once or many times? When you do this, it might help you to remember something that happened and think about how it makes you feel. Then you can say “I feel sad when my friend won't play with me.” or “I feel angry with my classmates...”

Do you know why you should talk about your feelings? If you always keep your feelings inside, especially sadness, nervousness or anxiety (焦虑), it can even make you feel sick. But if you talk with someone who cares about you, like your mom and dad, you'll feel much better. Your parents want to know what's happening in your life because they love you. But if you don't want to talk with them, please talk with your friends. They will help you.

【推荐2】Homework is your teachers’ way of evaluating (评估) how much students understand the lessons in class. As a student, you always have too much homework, but you have to finish it. Here are a few tips to make homework easier to do.

【推荐3】There are several ways you can find out about the places you wish to visit. You can talk to friends who have travelled to the places, go and see a film about the places, or you can read travel books.

It seems that there are three kinds of travel books. The first are those that give personal, subjective(主观的) ideas of travels which the writers have got themselves. These books can be useful if the writers share their travelling experiences with others. The second are those books which give purely objective(客观的) information of things to be done and seen. If a cultured person has written such a book, then it is even more useful. The third are those books which are called “a guide” to some place. If they are good, the writers will describe and explain the place in detail. I think they are the most helpful to travelers. Like the first kind, they can be exciting and interesting, but their main purpose is to help the reader plan his travel in the most special way.

Whatever kind of travel book you choose, you must make sure that it does not describe everything as “wonderful”, “excellent” or “fantastic”. You must keep an open eye on its date of publication(出版) because travel is a very practical matter and many things change quickly in the twenty-first century. Finally, you should make sure that it is easy to find the useful information for your travel.

1. The passage is written to introduce ________.
A.mapsB.travel booksC.travel filmsD.travel places

A.a good appearanceB.a good education

A.the prices of travel books may be different

C.the information in travel books is always the same
