On February 6, following the earthquakes in Turkey, many Chinese people rushed to take part in the rescue work. However, communication was a big problem, influencing the progress of the rescue work. A friend of Guo on a rescue team asked her if she could introduce a translator living in Turkey. From then on, she began to keep an eye on this matter. Because of her work, Guo has some international students and foreign friends. So she decided to start a WeChat group — Turkish Rescue Translation. More than 100 volunteers joined within days. Some of them are native Turkish people, and others are Chinese living in Turkey. They all can communicate in Chinese, English and Turkish. Later she named the group Chinese Love Aid Translation.

Zhang Huiying, who worked in Turkey, joined the rescue work. Inspired by Guo’s efforts, she joined the volunteer group. They then worked together to help with the communication and played an active role in the rescue efforts.

Racing against time, Guo hardly slept for the first few days after the earthquakes. She prepared two phones and two computers to deal with group messages and calls. And her group completed over 15 tasks for different rescue teams, including Blue Sky Rescue, Shenzhen Public Welfare Rescue, and Qingdao Red Cross Society. Guo hoped she could do her best to help with the rescue work in Turkey.

How could the ant know that Xiang Yu would die here? In fact, this was Han Xin’s tactics. Han Xin considered that Xiang Yu would cross the river here to flee (逃跑) east, so he wrote the four words “Xiang Yu will die” with honey by the river. Ants smelled the smell of honey and came to eat honey. When they get together, they formed the words. Xiang Yu was very superstitious and had no knowledge. He thought the god wanted him to die, so he killed himself.
