Last week, my friend invited me to visit my hometown with her. I asked for my parents’ permission, but they agreed. Leaving home for first time made me very happily. I was like a bird fly in the sky. Yesterday I was asked to send my grandmother to the school bus stop, because she is not able to walk through the snow with his walker. There was a mom walked with her little son in the same direction. The boy was screaming and crying all way. Before my grandmother left by bus, I walked back with the mom and she told me that the boy could make up sounds but no words at this point. I held up my hand to the boy, which was walking, and he took it. He was content with my hands while I chatted with his mom. I felt he trusted me. It made me very happily, too.

In our daily life, there is always something unforgettable what that takes place between our friends and us. While in New Zealand as an exchange student, I stay with a host family. My host parents organized many activities for me at my spare time to relieve my homesickness. I had interesting dream last night. I dreamed that I took part in a race in my school sports meeting. At first, I could not to run very fast and fell behind. So I didn’t lose heart and kept running. All the student on the playground cheered me on, “Come on!” I was so encouraging that I ran faster and faster until I caught up with all the other runners. I felt like a superman.
