I’ve been living with my grandparents since I am a child. I especially like spring, where there are quite a few flowers in the yard. One day this spring, I found the tree with beautiful flowers. Looked closer, I was surprised to find a nest among the leaf. I became curious about them and got a ladder to see what was inside. Just now, Grandma came running to stop me. She said the nest shouldn’t touched .Otherwise, the birds would give it up and the young birds would die quickly. Although my exploration had to be stopped, but fortunately I didn’t cause any seriously trouble.

Yesterday I was watching television at home while I suddenly remembered that it was my father's birthday the next day. I put my coat on me, and ran outside in the hurry to catch a bus. I went into a music shop, and I couldn't remember which CD my dad wanted, so I didn't buy something. After that I decided go to the bookshop. I wasn't sure what to get and I stayed there for ages try to choose a book. By the end I bought him a book about racing cars. Finally, I went home and tell my mum about the present. She looked at me strange for some time, and then said, “But your father's birthday is next month!”
It was on Sunday so I didn’t have to go to school as usual. My parents went to the countryside to see my grandparents, left me alone. After finishing my homeworks, I began to play football at home. All of sudden, I kicked the ball so hardly that it flew right onto a vase and broke it. It was a great favorite of my mother’s. I decided to tell my parents it was the fault of the cat for fear that she might punish me. Therefore, when they got home, I hesitated for a moment and told them that truly happened. Instead of punishing me, they just hope that I would never make so a foolish mistake again.

I'm so annoying at school and at home because of my best friend who is perfect at everything. She is of the smartest kid in the grade, good at sports. She can play violin really good. She is very creative at anything. But when he gets a 940/0 quiz back, she says she does a horrible job at it.
She also says I probably got best than her when she knows I didn't. I am such depressed and feel
like an ugly, stupid, not-good-at-anything kind of person with no friend.

Dear Tom,
I’m glad to hear that you are considering make up with Peter. If I am you, I would consider a bike as a birthday present for him.
As far as I know, Peter is always in poor health, so he should take more exercises by riding a bike to have his body build up. In the meanwhile, you can often go out by bike together, which is helpful in rebuilding your friendship. Besides, taking a bike is environmentally friendly means of transport. It is convenient to get around as well. Apart from giving him a gift, and you can also adopt other means, such as traveling, seeing a movie, having dinner and going shopping. No matter how you do, being sincere was the most important. Don’t hesitate, and trying to take action. I really hope that we can make up and be good friends forever.
Best wishes!
Li Hua
