With the purpose of help students better learn about tradition Chinese culture, our school carried out an event. The event naming “Wearing Hanfu and leaning Tang poems” was held on last Friday in the School Hall. About 200 student from our school took part in it active. Not only did we worn ancient Hanfu, but also learned how to write Tang poems. Then, we had a chance to read our Tang poems aloud. Three of them, including me, were regarded as the best poems. It turned out that the event was great success to us but it was highly praised by most of the participants.

A teacher-parent conference was held on this morning in our school meeting hall, where, I think, was a meaningful and unforgettable day to everyone.
It is at 9 a.m that the conference began. First of all, one teacher gave a report to analyze our studies and the present situations and offered practical advices on what to learn well. Then another read a few letters to parents written by students, which were so moved for us all that some of us couldn’t hold back our tears. At last, there was warm and face-to-face conversation between us and my parents.
Through it, we are great motivated and have more confidence in our studies. To live up for our teachers’ and parents’ expectations, we will make every effort to fulfill our ambitions.
With only one year to go before graduation, our class decided to plant tree not only to improve the surroundings of the school, but also to make a memory of our school life.
After purchase seedlings, we chose a place that the seedlings could get proper water and sunshine. We didn’t realize how hardly it was until we began our work. None of us were familiar to planting, nor did we knew how to use gardening tools. After many attempts, we dug holes and put seedlings into it. Then we grabbed soil fill up the holes. It was not so easy as imagined, and we successfully finished the task at the last.
