Explore the Arctic and Antarctic in this creative hands-on workshop! Each student will create their own 3-D polar display including the landscape and animal such as polar bears, penguins and whales while learning about basic shapes and color mixing. ERfC Counselors in Training Team for High School Students

Students in grades 9-12 who are looking to develop leadership skills are encouraged to join the ERfC CIT Team. High school students will gain experience working with children in different age groups, discover new strengths, and learn team-building skills. Our SBC Oxford Summer School students enjoy a varied and fun multi-activity programme, with a range of activities in the afternoons and evenings. Students can also choose English Plus options to replace the multi-activity programme, on two afternoons per week for an additional cost.

Accommodation

SBC Oxford Summer School offers students high-quality accommodation. There are separate boarding houses for boys and girls and students stay in dormitories suitable for between 4 and 9 children. Bedding is provided and students’ bedrooms are cleaned 6 days a week. Students have access to shared bathrooms, which are cleaned daily. The accommodation is bright, spacious and colourful, and provides a friendly and homely environment. During set times students can use common areas in the boarding houses where they can relax, play games and socialise. A weekly laundry service is provided except from departure week.

Dining Facilities

The Dining Hall at SBC Oxford is spacious and light, and the children have three meals per day here. When the students are away from the school on excursion (徒步), a packed lunch will be provided. Activity 1: Hope with Every Step 5K Race

It will be held on Saturday, October 7 at Taglienti Field on the Spruce Mountain High School campus. This event is held in honor of Josh Brochu, 13 and his sister Brook Brochu, 10, both of whom have a rare disease that affects children.
