Forbidden City, located in the center of Beijing, used to be the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Its construction started in 1406, and was completed in 1420. Jiuzhaigou Valley
Jiuzhangou Valley stretches over 72,000 hectares in the northern part of Sichuan province. Its superb landscapes are particularly interesting for their narrow land forms and spectacular waterfalls. Some 140 bird species also inhabit the valley, as well as a number of endangered plants and animal species, including the giant panda.
Giant Panda Sanctuaries
Located in southwest Sichuan province, Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuaries is home to more than 30 percent of the world’s giant pandas. In 2006, Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuaries was added to the World Natural Heritage List.
Chengjiang Fossil Site
Located in Chengiang county in Yunnan province, Chengjiang’s fossils present the most complete record of an early Cambrian marine community (寒武纪海洋群落). They record the early establishment of a complex marine ecosystem. The property contains high quality fossils including soft and hard tissue of animals with hard skeletons.

It’s a good idea to bring a gift when you go to a dinner party. Flowers are always welcome, or you can bring a bottle of wine if you know the family drink it.
You should arrive on time or five to ten minutes late. Don’t get there early. If you are going to be more than fifteen minutes late, you should call and tell them.
Try to relax at the dinner table. If you don’t know how to use the right fork, knife or spoon, just watch the other guests, and follow them. If you still have no idea of what to do, don’t be shy about asking the person next to you; it’s better to ask them than to be silently uncomfortable and nervous.
If you like the food, say so. Of course, you’ll thank the host and hostess for the meal and for their kindness. It’s also a good idea to send a card to thank them the day after.
