Feng Boyao and Meng Shuqi, students at No. 37 Middle School in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, spent nearly a year developing a new kind of Braille (布莱叶盲文) reading device and     1     (win) the first prize at a provincial-level youth science and technology competition.

South Africa spends over 20% of its resources on education today. This is in direct contrast to     3       involves Nigeria, which has not increased budget for education over 10% since 1991. We don’t have enough resources allocated to our educational sector and the little     4     (allocate) to the sector is not well managed.
