Ruth was once a community worker. In 2015, she quitted her job and begin to learn singing. When Ruth first started singing, there was little opportunity to singing with others. Then, through a friend, he discovered an excellent singing class. She became very interested in it that she started running her own classes, that she taught others how to sing well. The classes are held twice a month very successful. Ruth believes that singing has been brought them many benefits. Through singing, they often become confident than before but also learn to control stress. “Singing helps us live on peace together,” she says happily.

I absolutely love traveling and learning about other cultures. Although I'm only on the eighth grade, I'm ready to find out that I want to be. I know it has nothing to do with traveling, because this is what I enjoy it the most. Exploring was my favorite, but traveling is the best way to learn about other cultures. Among the countries I have visited, my favorite is China, safe country where most people you meet are friendly and honesty. Now I'm ready to go to Hangzhou with my parents, expect to have a good time there, after a long wait since the outbreaks of coronavirus.

I like reading because books are good teachers and helpful friend. When I am a child, I got into the habit of read. In the past years, I have read many the books. Reading makes me relaxing and see the world in different ways. It also develops my interests and enriches my knowledge. There are much books that we can read, and different people have our own favorite ones. I like to read books on music, it is an important part of life. Learn some basic information about music can help me have a good sense of beauty. With different forms of music our life will become wonderfully.

Rope skipping is a sport suitable for people of all age. People skip for fun and exercise.

Every student are able to learn to skip. You can skip alone or with your classmates. If you skip alone, you will need short rope about double the length of your high. You should turn your rope slowly so that you can skip safe. It might help with if you can sing a rhyme while skip. When you skip, your heart beats fast than usual and your body is stressed. Therefore, stop for a rest before you injure yours.

So, pick up a rope, finding a silly rhyme and start skipping.

As is known to us, the fewer and fewer students do sports regularly, what makes them weak and easily tired. There is many reasons for this. First of all, some of the students complain that they have too many homework, resulting in less time to take exercise. Beside, some of them think that it is very difficulty for them to keep doing exercise. Many student are in poor health because they lack physical activities. I suggest that their school should take measures to encourage more students to take part in sports. For us students, no matter how busily we are, it is necessary spare some time to do exercise.

Nowadays, lots of people went running in their spare time. Some people want to lose weight when others run to keep up fit. Unfortunately, running is not always popularly among young people at school. In some school when it rains and it’s too wet to play football or basketball, children have no choice but do cross-country running instead. However, some students dislike do it. Running is beneficial to us physically and mentally, so we call it the healthy activity. You will find that even short runs can increase you energy and make you more likely to enjoy that life has to offer. So let’s do running every day.
