Route 622 departs the Sunshine Coast Airport every hour and travels to Noosa Junction and Maroochydore.

At Maroochydore bus station you can connect to other urban routes, including route 600, a high frequency service travelling along the coast between Maroochydore and Caloundra.

Brisbane

Plan your journey down to Brisbane with regular departures from Nambour and Landsborough bus stations, and up to two trains a day from Gympie North.

Sunshine Coast Hinterland

Go cards are electronic tickets that allow you to travel on all MyTransLink buses, trains, trams and ferries across South East Queensland.

Go cards are 30% cheaper than buying a paper ticket and if you travel off-peak, you’ll save another 20%.

Using a go card couldn’t be easier. Simply top up your go card online and remember to touch on at the start of your journey and touch off at the end—so easy!

Buy or return go cards

Go cards can be purchased or topped up at many retailers across South East Queensland, as well as at major bus interchanges and train stations.

If you’ve just visiting the Sunshine Coast, you can return your go card to selected retailers or Queensland Rail ticket offices at the end of your stay to receive a full refund.

【推荐2】The Pathway and River Cleanup is a yearly event involving thousands of volunteers who generously donate their time to help clean up Calgary.

The 2022 Pathway and River Cleanup will take place from September 9 to September 11,2022.

Volunteer Registration

To volunteer for the Pathway and River Cleanup, you must be:

* 12 years or older.

*Accompanied by a parent or guardian (if you’re between 12 and 17 years old).

*Able to commit to three hours of cleanup on one of the three event days.

You are encouraged to register as a group (minimum 10 people) with a designated leader. If you do not have a group, you can join a team led by Calgary Parks staff.

Volunteers may request a specific cleanup location at the time of registration. We will do our best to satisfy specific location requests. If you do not have a preferred cleanup location, one will be assigned to you.

Remember to register online. Registration in person is not accepted.

Group leaders

Each group must have a designated leader. New group leaders are required to attend a one-hour, online orientation session. Returning group leaders must attend the orientation session every three years but must complete yearly online training.

Group leaders will be responsible for:

*Conducting a group member orientation session before event day to provide safety training.

*Ensuring the safe and effective cleanup of the designated cleanup area. Risks will be minimized as much as possible. However, volunteers may come in contact with rocky shorelines, sharp items and illegal campsites.

Sugar, protein and fat: if you’re good at scanning those nutrition facts on food and drinks packages, it’s thanks in large part to Burkey Belser, who is a well-known American graphic designer (平面设计师). But his work extended far beyond groceries. If you’ve noticed the Drug Facts box on over-the-counter medicines seems to be like the food label, that’s because Belser designed it, as well. He also created the yellow Energy Guide box for home appliances.

Belser’s passion for design started at a young age. He studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and began a journey to become a graphic designer. His exceptional talent and skill quickly gained recognition, earning him numerous awards and accolades.

Belser’s work is seen on billions of products. The nutrition fact box has been copied around the world. Creating the official food information box was a complicated process, with input from business groups and health advocates, along with Food and Drug Administration( FDA) experts. The design team worked through 35 versions before the product came out, and it was a huge success. “ That is a masterpiece of information architecture, and quite a victory for social responsibility, ” commented one Italian designer.

The nutrition label reflects Americans’ evolving (演变) relationship with food, shifting from an emphasis on vitamins and minerals to addressing obesity (肥胖) and related conditions. Belser’s work not only made an impact within the industry but also played a crucial role in effectively communicating important messages to the public.

Speaking of his success, Belser said that luck had probably played a big role. But he added, “ I’d say the willingness to work hard sets the stage to take advantage of whatever luck comes your way.”

A 30% IR3535 spray in an aerosol bottle, Coleman can be dried instantly and doesn’t leave any remains on our skin. The aerosol pushes the repellent out, making spraying a super fast process. The only big speed bump is its smell. Some testers said it had a smell of chemicals that could easily make you cough when spraying it.

Cutter Backwoods Insect Repellent ($4.28 at Target)

Cutter Backwoods is a 25% DEET formula, the gold standard in insect repellents, It has a larger nozzle (喷嘴) than the others, resulting in a wider area of application. Its biggest downside was the bottle’s big size, which makes it hard to simply throw in your bag.
