       Nowadays, senior high students are general faced with a lot of pressure, which is rather common. To reduce it, the followed suggestions may help. First of all, know exactly what lead to your pressure, and then you can take measures to deal with it. Secondly, set up a goal what is not too high; in another words, don't put too much pressure on yourself. Thirdly, find a way to relax you sometimes. For example, you can listen to music, go swim or simply go walking. Finally, make friend with others, for example, your classmates, your teachers, your parents. Everyone has to make choices in his life. I made one who I will never regret. When I entered senior high school, I wanted to join in the school basketball team. So my parents didn’t agree, say it would get in the way of my studies. So I tried to persuade him and promise I’d make a balance between them. Finally they agreed. Late, I did that I had promised. I became captain of team and also one of the top student of my class. I learn from this experience that once you have made a choice, stick to it and work hard at it, and then you’ll never regret it.

High school is considered the most important stage in one’s life. It won’t be long when I graduate. Now I have many things to share about my fellows. First of all, I’d like to express my thank to those who lent me a hand when I was disappointing. It was their kindness which helped me regain my self-confidence when I lost my heart. Beside, I was anxiously to clear up some misunderstanding with my friends in order to keep our friendships forever. With the National College Entrance Examination approaching, I strongly recommend that we could value time and redouble efforts to study so that we can get into university that we have been dreaming of.
