The plot is relatively simple to understand. Six friends battle with tough jobs, complicated relationships and life in Manhattan, New York. In parts of the show there are also British accents to listen to and learn.
How I Met Your Mother
It is one of the most successful situation comedies in the United States, attracting the audience all around the world. It’s about the life of five friends that live in New York, focusing on their work and their favorite free time activity: sitting in their favorite bar. You get to know many modern American expressions and can enjoy a lot of dialects that make the show even more interesting.

A recent survey showed that Chinese people have watched more movies on average over the last two months than the same period in previous years as they spent longer hours at home during the COVID-19 outbreak.

The movie is more serious than most Bollywood productions, which tell happy love sorties and include colorful music and dance performances.
Edward Chan is a Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He says the strict way of parenting film is something people in China can easily relate to. “1 think the father role dscribed by the movie in India is quite similar to the culture, especially the traditional culture in China. ”
The Chinese government-supported Global Times newspaper pointed that movie critics(评论家)in China did not like Dangal. Most of them agree with the fact that the father in the film was forceful in pushing his daughters to become wrestlers. But the film Dangal is really aimed to educate children to work for their dreams.

The Parks & Community Services Department presents free outdoor movies with popcorn at Bellevue Downtown Park this summer. Grab a blanket, a low-back chair, family, friends, neighbors or co-workers, and head to the park. Sponsored by Inome, films will be shown under the stars on a huge, 40-foot inflatable(可充气的) screen with a state-of-the-art projection(放映) and sound system.
The movie series begins on Tuesday, July 2, 2014. Activities, which last about one hour, begin at 8 pm before each movie, so come early, stake your ground and have some fun. Movies are family-friendly and carry a PG (parental guidance) rating.
Support a great cause; each movie night is accompanied by a different charity. Please bring suggested donated items to support the organization of the night. Your donations will make a difference to the poor, disabled and disadvantaged.

What we do
EFP Courses provide courses in English language and British culture. Our courses are aimed at students aged between 12 and 17 who are at pre-intermediate level or above in English. The courses are held in Guildford, a historic town near London
Typical structure of a one-week course
● up to 25 hours of English run by native speakers, qualified in teaching English as a foreign language and specialist drama teachers
● 2 full-day sightseeing trips to London and Oxford (at weekends)
● full board (全食宿) with local, English-speaking families
When we run the courses
EFP courses can be organized only during British state school terms. For this academic year, courses can be booked between now and 23 May and between 30 May and 30 June. We welcome you to book from 3 September 2016 to 25 October 2016 and from 31 October to 20 December 2016.
