One of the most     1     (relax) way to travel is a cruise. I went    2    a voyage with my family right before I started college.It was so enjoyable    3    when it came time to head home, I didn’t want to leave. A cruise was pretty much everything I thought it would be.But who would have known that could be so     4     (many)fun!

Everything is     5     (take) care of for you, and you just need to show up for dinner. You can enjoy amazing food in the ship’s many dining rooms and have     6     wonderful ocean view every day. It was filled with buffets, lots of drinking, and large amounts of time at the pool.

You can experience     7       (usual) local cultures when the ship stops at different seaside destinations . Of course, if the ship stays at a city for several days, you can even check in at a local hotel for a few nights, so you can see more of the local     8       (sight).

Not only did I find the whole experience fascinating and a great opportunity to people-watch, but I actually liked being on the ship itself. I was     9     (determine) to step foot on another cruise ship after     10       (graduate)from college.

The second day the girl visited Greenwich and saw its old ships and famous clock that sets the world time.     1     interested her most was the longitude line. It is an imaginary line     2    （divide） the eastern and western halves of the world and is very useful for navigation. It passes through Greenwich, so Pingyu had a photo     3    （take） standing on either side of the line.

The last day she visited Karl Marx's statue in Highgate Cemetery. It seemed strange     4     the man who had developed communism should have     5    （live）and died in London. Not only that, but he had worked in the famous reading room of the Library of the British Museum.     6    （sad）the library had moved from its original place into     7     building and the old reading room was     8    （go）. But she was thrilled by so many wonderful treasures from different cultures     9    （display）in the museum. When she saw many visitors     10    （enjoy）looking at the beautiful old Chinese pots and other objects on show, she felt very proud of her country.

【推荐3】After a long journey, we arrived in Jiuzhaigou late at night. The tour guide     1     (tell) us its name was from the nine Tibetan villages distributed along the valleys,     2     had the reputation of “fairyland on earth”.

The guide collected us at 8 am     3     next morning. Then we set off.

Jiuzhaigou was famous     4     the 118 beautiful lakes and the many astonishing waterfalls (瀑布). Clear streams in the valleys collected in beautiful blue lakes, while in some places they collected into waterfalls. The lakes were pure enough     5     (see) to the bottom, and they provided fantastic reflections of the facing trees and mountains. This     6     (real) was a place to lose a day in.

After the     7     (amaze) visit to the valley, we were treated to a well made singing and dancing show about Tibetan life. The     8     (performer) had beautiful traditional clothes, provided by     9     (they) families.

When the sun set, I found that time slipped away, and the tour was over. Although I hadn’t explored all the sights, I felt able to enjoy the heavenly     10     (beautiful). It’s absolutely different from UK. Oh, beautiful Jiuzhaigou, goodbye!
