Health Mistakes to Avoid Making When Traveling

Everyone is talking about amazing travel experiences. However, there is always the other side of the coin. If you want to add more wonderful travel experiences to your life, make sure you avoid these health mistakes during your next trip.

Some adults believe that bullying is part of growing up, that it builds character, and that hitting back is the only way to solve the problem.     4     Aggressive responses tend to lead to more violence and more bullying for the victims.

    5    You can't control other people's actions, but you can stay true to yourself. Think about ways to feel your best and your strongest. Exercise is one way to feel strong and powerful. Go to the gym or take a class like yoga.
