There is a tradition in my family. On New Year's Eve, all my relative will come to our house for a feast. As matter of fact, it isn't the food but the sense of belonging that bring us together. Making dumplings is always great fun. We put a coin on one of the dumplings. Everybody expects to eat the one with the coin inside, because it is said that the person whom gets the coin will have good fortune in the followed year. When my mom serves the dumplings, they help ourselves immediately, hoping to get the good luck in our entirely year. The coin never comes to me, and I am pretty sure of that the luck is always there.

Hugh Henry, an American, used to be addicted with coffee before coming to China. Inspiring by a can of tea given to him by one of his Chinese friend in 2004, he began to enjoy a unique flavor and culture of Chinese tea. As far as she is concerned, tea provides a perfectly way to understand China and make friends.

Henry is very much modest while studying tea culture. “Though I’ve learned many things about tea, I felt like I’ve only scratched the surface. I know my understanding of it should go even deep.” he said, “I also want to encourage more American understand Chinese culture.”

How are you doing these days? Know that you’re interested in the picture I post online the day before yesterday, I’m very delighted. It is about serving chopsticks, as you can see it. They’re used to move food from a serving plate to the person’s bowl when people have dinner with others, whether friends and families. Chinese people often share their dishes to show kind. Now we advise that each diner on the table uses serving chopsticks. In this way, viruses and bacteria are stopped spreading. As far as I’m concerned, I’m strong for the idea of serving chopsticks, what can benefit us all.
