First, prepare some bananas. Remember to choose some yellow bananas, not green ones. Why? Because the yellow ones taste better. To have a better taste, some people add 20 to 24 cashews(腰果). Put them in water for 3 to 4 hours, it is better for your health. If you don’t like cashews, You can also add some ice cream or use 4 pitted dates(去核枣).
