We are going to New York by train.”

Tod is six years old. He is very happy now because he likes going to the zoo very much, and he also likes taking a train. He says, “I dreamed about the zoo last night, Mum.”

His mother stops and smiles at her son “What did you do at the zoo in your dream?” Tod laughs and answers, “You know, Mum! You were there in my dream, too.”

John is twelve years old. He had a bad cold and coughed day and night. He went to see a doctor. The doctor gave him some cough medicine. Here is the medicine instruction.

Many middle school students don’t know how to spend their free time. When they have holidays, they always have nothing to do. Some may play computer games all day long and some may stay in bed and sleep all day. They are not good ways. Here are some suggestions.

If you don’t like to stay at home, you can do some sports. In this way, you can keep healthy. If you like to stay at home, you can enjoy some music. You can play some indoor games like chess. You can also plant some trees and flowers in your garden to make your home beautiful. It is also a good way to keep a pet and talk to it. Just have some hobbies and you will feel happy during a long holiday.

Keep healthy

Being healthy is important. Tom’s family play sports for one hour every day. Tom is in the school swimming club. And his parents run every morning.

Evening time is family time

They can’t watch TV or play computer games after dinner. The family usually sit on the sofa and talk. Tom always talks about his school and friends. Sometimes they take a walk together.

Always say “I love you” and “Thank you”

Tom says “I love you” to his parents in the morning before he goes to school, and in the evening before he goes to bed. His parents say it to him, too. When Tom helps his mother, she says “Thank you”. They show their love and thanks all the time (总是).

Last week my family went to the Forest Family Camp. It was     41     (we) first time to go to the camp. It was a place with no TVs, computers     42     cars, but it had so much fun.
