The weather can affect our feelings in other ways as well. Rain can make people angry because being wet makes people unhappy. In the same way, hot weather can make people angry because people don’t feel comfortable when feeling hot. As you can see, the weather can influence the chemicals which control our brains. Through these ways, the weather can affect our feelings. Sadly, while the weather can change us, we cannot change the weather.

As I walked into the primary school, I looked down at my shoes—I wanted to be anywhere in the world but this school.
