Four people in Germany（德国）make a new plane—Lilium Jet. It doesn’t look like a plane but it is like an egg. Many people think it looks funny. The nice “egg” can take two people and “run” about three hundred kilometers an hour. The Lilium Jet is not very big. So it doesn’t need an airport（机场）. A small place is OK.

Some people also call the Lilium Jet “a flying car”. It’s not difficult for you to learn to drive it. You can drive it like driving a car.

Maybe you can buy one in the future（在未来）if（如果）you like it. I’m sure your trip to school or work can be great.

I’m Jill and I’m a student of the Huaxin Middle School. There are many rules at my school and at my home, I must follow them. I think some of them are good, but others are not so good and they are too strict.

We have to wear our school uniforms. I think it’s good. If we don’t have this rule, some students will wear expensive clothes. They will think more about clothes, but not study. We have to keep our hair short. We can’t be late for school and we have to keep quiet in class. These rules are good for my study and I like them. At my home, I have to finish my homework first, I must clean my room on weekends.

We can’t take mobile phones to school. I don’t think it’s a good idea. Sometimes our parents are busy and can’t get home on time. They need to tell us about that. If we don’t take phones, how can they tell us? Also, we can’t go to the movies on weekends. At home, I have to read a book for 30 minutes before I can watch TV. I can’t go out to meet my friends on weekends. I think they are not good. I know we should study hard, but we need to relax, too.

It’s good for everyone to keep healthy every day. Here are some things you can do to be healthy.

Get up early and go to bed early. Don’t watch TV or play computer games too late in the evening. You should (应该) go to bed before ten o’clock and then get up at about six in the morning.

Eat healthy food. It’s good to eat fruit and vegetables every day, because the healthy food is good for your health. And don’t forget to drink more water every day. Ice-cream and hamburgers taste good, but they can make you be fat. So don’t eat them too much. And you must eat a healthy breakfast on time every morning.

Do some sports every day. Don’t say that you are always busy, and have no time to play sports. That’s just an excuse (借口). In the morning, you can run for 20 minutes. After work, you can play ball games with your friends. Even (甚至) in the evening, you can take a walk. When you’re free, just do sports!

Good friends make you happy. They can tell you how to be healthy, too. And you can do sports with your friends. So make some good friends!
