A magazine did a survey in a community about different ways of life before and after the epidemic (疫情). 200 people were asked about food, health, online shopping and others in 2019 and 2023. Clearly, most people pay less attention to whether the food tastes delicious or not after the epidemic, but they prefer to choose healthier food. If possible, more people would like to cook dishes at home rather than eat out. As for shopping, online shopping will still be popular. But it will move away from big retailer (零售店) websites to social media (媒体) websites. That may be because surfing the Internet was a popular way for people to “kill time” during the epidemic. What people talk about most in 2023 is health. More and more people, both young and old spend more time taking care of their health.
The following chart is about the ways people choose to keep healthy. Taking exercise ranks (排名) first. However, many believe that taking exercise properly, is necessary. At the same time, healthy eating habits and mental health (心理健康) are important as well.
