Thinking about your grammar when you are writing which makes you easier to be understood. You may think a grammatical, error doesn't matter. But think about it from the reader's point of view. Good English grammar will help develop your overall English s    6    . Being able to speak and write correctly, over time, builds your confidence while using English. This will encourage you to increase your vocabulary. With good grammar and a wide vocabulary, you will find it easier to express your ideas and communicate with n    7     speakers.

Good grammar can also make you more reliable(可信赖的). Just think about your attitudes towards a newspaper that has many grammatical errors in its a    8    . You will doubt if the information in the newspaper is reliable, won't you?

We all pay attention to rural education (乡村教育) nowadays. It has been a big s    1     problem of China recently. B    2     in a poor family in Hunan province, 34-year-old Hou Changliang knew how hard it is for a child in poor village to get good education. T    3    , he chose to volunteer to teach at Xiangyang primary school in a poor village in Yunnan province from 2017.

There were just three teachers for about 100 students across four classes in Xiangyang primary school. The government wanted to close the school because there are no enough teachers. C    4     the school meant that the students would have to go to another school far from their homes. Hou’s arrival helped keep the school open.

It is the third village school that Hou has taught at since he g    5     from Hunan University in 2011. Before Xiangyang primary school, he had taught in Hechi, Guangxi for four years, and in Bijie, Guizhou province for two years. As a volunteer teacher, he receives a monthly salary of about 800 yuan.
