How to Take the Medicine

For the stomachache

Take each pill(药片) of the medicine three times a day for children of 14 years old with a stomachache. Usually, a pill at 6:00 a.m. before breakfast, one before 11:00 a.m, and one before sleep. Not for children under six years old.

For a cough

I am feeling awful. Where do I begin?
Hot flavoured drink is great at easing coughs and sore throats. For example, honey and lemon is good.
My mum put medicine first. Could she do anything else?
The shop-bought medicine can only be taken once every 6 hours, but she can have as much as hot soup. The nasal spray is great because the effects last for 8 hours.
What about Vitamin C?
Vitamin C is good, but most of us have normal level of it. Instead, I think Vitamin D is very important for body functioning.
I still feel bad. What can I do?
Go to a trip to the cinema or an evening outing. Exercise moderately but avoid being too tired. If your cold won't feel so bad.

【推荐3】Tammy’s body was shaking (发抖)! Today was her first trip to the dentist. She didn’t know what to expect. What would happen? Would it hurt? Would she shout?
