A fire burned this famous     3     （教堂）many years ago, but one wall still remains.     4     （游客）from all over the world come to visit it.

Next, we’ll visit the     5     （博物馆）of Macau, which shows you the history and tradition of the city. You should miss none of the exhibitions（展品）! They are all     6     （极好的）!

7 . There was an English speaking       1     (比赛) in our province last year. I       2     (参加) it because the top five students could visit Beijing for free. Visiting Beijing was one of my       3     (梦想). I told myself I must take the chance. I began to       4     (准备) for it from the day when my English teacher told me the news. First, I       5     (写) about what kind of person I wanted to be. My English teacher helped me correct it. Second, I remembered it and practised speaking it every day. Third, I       6     (邀请) my friends and teachers to listen to my speech. They gave me some good       7     (建议).

After two months’ hard work, I won the third       8     (奖项), I was so proud of myself. Then the next month, two teachers and a       9     (导游) took us to Beijing by train. We saw many       10     (古老) buildings. We had fun at Happy Valley and ate many kinds of Beijing snacks. I really had a good time in Beijing.

The experience is unforgettable. It proves that you can get what you want if you work hard.

Since 1999, Macao has already been with her motherland for 22 years. 9 . A small city but with a long history—that’s how I feel about this city during the journey to it. You can say that Macau     1     （自身） has come out as the biggest winner from its casino-dominated city（博彩之城）. As of 2019, Macau is the second richest area on the earth. Also, a     2     （人口） of 648, 500 within 30.5 square kilometers makes it the most     3     （拥挤） city in the world. The city is     4     （尤其） famous for its legal gaming. That’s why the local     5     （政府） can pay its citizens plenty of money every year. While walking around, you will soon find the     6    （标志） of the city—the Morpheus Hotel, which     7     （描述） great changes in modern buildings over years. Macau is one of the only cities in the world where you won’t     8    （错过） the chance of trying Macaunese Cuisine. In fact, it’s the     9     （家乡） to mixed food cultures.
