Our school is beautiful all around the year.

In spring, plants turn green and the grass comes out. Some students often fly kites on the playground. While I like playing football with my friends on the grassland.

In summer, it is hot. All sorts of flowers can be seen everywhere. There is a spring (喷泉) behind the teaching building. My classmates sit around it and chat with each other.

In autumn, my friend Mary always takes photos of leaves. They are of different colors. The road with leaves looks like a colorful blanket. All kinds of fruit trees are my favorite.

In winter, when our school is covered (覆盖) by snow and it is white here and there, it looks attractive. Although it is cold, we all like playing with snow outside.

She did a lot of study on it. She found the new bees like warm places, and they are very dangerous. She found the new bees only live in five places in southwest Western Australia.

In Australia, when someone finds a new species (物种), he can name it. “You can name it after a place, a famous person or yourself.” Dr. Kit Prendergast said. “When I was doing my PhD, it was a hard time, but my pet dog always made me happy during the time. It was very important to me. I am grateful to my dog, so I will name the new kind of bee after my pet dog.” She added.

10 . At a high school in Mexico, there is a new kind of desks in two classrooms. The desks are fitted (安装) with bicycle pedals (踏板). The bicycle desks can make students do some exercise when they do their class work.

The bicycle desks bring students more than just exercise. “We are also more focused when we move the body,” said a 13-year-old student. About 21 classrooms in the school will be fitted with the bicycle desks. More students will use bicycle desks.

The headteacher of the high school said, “The bicycle desks could help children who are easily fat to control weight.”

In Mexico, more than 1/3 people are too fat. And children’s weight is also putting on. About 8% of children under the age of five are too fat. And almost 19% of children between the ages of 5 and 11 are very fat. Being too fat is bad for children’s health.
