You will sleep better. If you ever have trouble falling asleep at night, it is a good way to solve this problem with regular exercise. The National Sleep Foundation says that regular exercise can help you sleep better.    5    If you exercise too closely to bedtime, it can actually have the opposite effect! Luckily, you can choose other good ways to fill up that pre-bed relaxation time.
