The Winter reverse

3 . In July 2020, Luo Zixin, a student at Changsha No 1 High School, celebrated the ending of the national college entrance exam with a split leap. The moment was snapped by a photographer, which quickly went viral online. This photo, which is widely thought to symbolize Chinese youngsters’ optimistic spirit toward finishing the exam amid the pandemic, has inspired the TV series The Examination for Everyone.
Gao Changli, head of the TV program department with the administration, said a total of 16 meetings were organized to discuss the creation details and they finally decided to show a “positive, friendly and lovely” group of youngsters set in a county.
Centering on six families, the TV series was shot in 64 days before it took another 81 days to finish postproduction, which is more efficient than most domestic dramas, according to Wang Xiaohui, the chief executive producer.
The series tells the story of high school students, teachers and parents in Jinhe County, Anhui Province, who overcame difficulties resulted by the COVID-19 pandemic and flood to complete the “big exam” of life with the joint efforts of the party, government and all sectors of society.
Shen Yan, as the co-director of this TV, said that The Examination for Everyone covers the social picture of the college entrance examination, anti-pandemic stories, struggling with floods and other aspects, vividly restoring the days of the college entrance examination in 2020, and highlighting that contemporary youth can take responsibility for themselves, for school, for their families, for society, and for the future of China. This TV series uses the lens to reflect the warmth of reality, highlighting the youthful atmosphere of Chinese teenagers forging ahead and living the life to the full, as well as the spirit of the new era of dedication and contribution of all walks of life.

Welcome to Teenagers Abroad! We invite you to join us on an amazing journey of language learning.
Our Courses
Regardless of your choice of course, you will develop your language ability both quickly and effectively. Our Standard Course guarantees a significant increase in your confidence in a foreign language, with focused teaching in all 4 skill areas—speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Our Intensive Course builds on our Standard Course, with 10 additional lessons per week, guaranteeing the fastest possible language learning (see table below).

Evaluation
Students are placed into classes according to their current language skills. The majority of them take on online language test before starting their program. However, if this is not available, students sit the exam on the first Monday of their course.
Learning materials are provided to students throughout their course, and there will never be more than 15 participants in each class.
Arrivals and Transfer
Our programme offers the full package—students are take good care of from the start through to the very end. They are collected from the airport upon arrival and brought to their accommodation in comfort. We require the student’s full details at least 4 weeks in advance.
Meals/Allergies (过敏)/Special Dietary Requirements
Students are provided with breakfast, dinner and either a cooked or packed lunch (which consists of a sandwich, a drink and a dessert). Snacks outside of mealtimes may be purchased by the student individually.
We ask that you let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements as well as information about any medicine you take. Depending on the type of allergies and/or dietary requirements, an extra charge may be made for providing special food.

A chocolate wall at railway station in Netherlands
A wall of chocolate at the railway station, Utrecht Centraal, in Utrecht, the Netherlands, has become many food lovers new place to mark. The whole wall is made of chocolate, making it very fun, good-looking, and of course, delicious.
Wine bath resort launched in Japan
The 2019 Beaujolais Nouveau Wine on a Bathing was officially released on Nov. 21 in Hakone, west of Tokyo. A beverage-based bathing experience is the red wine hot spring, with its huge, 3.6-meter-tall wine bottle. People may even be present to witness the wine show, in which staff members spray bathers with a bottle of Hakone wine. Whether seeing the show or not, the red wine bath is perfect for every wine lover.
A Monkey Buffet Festival held in Thailand
The annual Monkey Buffet Festival, a fun one with a difference, was held in Lopburi, Bangkok, on Nov. 24. The Monkey Buffet takes place in the overgrown and ruined Khmer temple of Pra Prang Sam Yot, where the majority of the monkeys live. The monkeys are treated with respect. Endless oceans of fruits you can think of are spread out for the monkeys to feast upon. The festival begins with live performances and dances that draw the monkeys out. Culturally, the feast will bring good luck to the local townspeople.
World’ s strongest puffer jacket (羽绒夹克)
Dutch brand Vollebak has created the world’s strongest puffer jacket, which is 15 times stronger than steel. The exterior (外部) of the indestructible puffer is made from 100 percent Dyneema, the strongest fiber ever made. Dyneema was originally used in body armor (防弹衣) and bullet-proof vehicles. The puffer is made to withstand temperatures up to -40℃, as the colder it gets, the stronger Dyneema becomes. “It will withstand any abuse you put it through during your life time and be in good enough condition to pass down to your grandkids when you are done with it.” explained Vollebak’s co-founder Steve Tidball.
