Regulations for certificates

1. If your name on the passport is English, but on the ticket it is Chinese, you cannot take a domestic flight.

2. The name and other information on the boarding pass must be consistent with the information in the boarding document. If not, the security check will not allow the release.

3. The identity document held by the passenger must be the same as the identity document used the time of booking. If the ID number is inconsistent, the security check is not allowed.

4. Foreign passengers can be released through security check if there is no space or backslash in their surname and first name. It is recommended that passengers and airlines confirm whether boarding passes can be changed.

Regulations for shipping luggage

1. Domestic flight

Normally, 20kg for economy class, 30kg for business class and 40kg for first class passengers with adult or child tickets.

2. International flight

In general, the free shipped luggage limit for economy class passengers is 20kg, and 30kg for economy class passengers with student passports. The allowance of free shipped luggage in business class is 30kg and 40kg for first class.

Wheelchair service for special passengers

You can ask for wheelchair service in the ground garage, and the personnel will accompany you to enter the terminal.

Our activities cover many different areas. We want to help children learn to work with others. We want to help children learn to read and speak. We also want to help children to be healthy. Our activities include classes and games. These keep the children interested. At the same time, they are learning and growing.

Our programs are for children between the ages of 3 and 5. Children will learn basic math and English skills. Our program helps children start grade school.

Our classes are held at two different times. On weekdays, classes are held from noon to 3 p.m. On weekends, classes are held from 9 to 11 a.m. This gives you a lot of choice as a parent.

No Pets

Pets of any kind are not allowed in the zoo area. Also, DO NOT leave pets in your car while you are in the zoo. Service animals are allowed in the zoo. However, they are not permitted in the following areas: the petting zoo, the deer forest, or near the big cat (tigers, lions, cheetahs, leopards) habitats.

Follow the Rules in the Deer Forest

In the deer forest, wait for the deer to come to you. Then try to feel them by gentle touches. Never run after or shout at them as this stresses them out. Animals prefer quiet. Also, please stay on the path and do not enter the forest.

Never Cross Any Fence Within the Zoo

Please do not try to touch the animals not in the deer forest or petting zoo. All animals can bite and their habitats are their homes. This is for the safety of both our visitors and our animals.

Do Not Bring Outside Food for Our Animals

All of our animals’ diets include specific foods. Outside food can make them very sick, even if it seems like they could eat it. Feeding the animals is allowed in the petting zoo and deer forest with food that is provided by the zoo.

Children must be supervised at all times while in all areas of the zoo.

6 . Summer Courses 2009

San Diego Seaside College is offering one and two-weelc English summer courses for high school students from all over the world who want to improve their English. Classes are offered at five levels, from basic to advanced. Students will be tested when they arrive and placed in the level appropriate to their language ability. As a singer and a song writer, Alanis Morissette is used to be in the public eye. Her most famous album Jagged Little Pill, came out in 1995. It was sold so well that she was world famous.

Last Thursday night, hundreds of fans went to Alanis Morissette’s concert in the Corn Exchange for funs. The 30-years-old singer has a strong fan base in England. There was not a empty seat anywhere in the concert hall at last Thursday’s event. “Although it’s cold outside, but I hope we’ll warm it up for you,” Morissette said to the large crowd waited for him to play. I spent a week in Mexico at a yoga retreat, and it was the first vacation on which I lost weight. “Rather than building muscles, yoga builds muscle tone,” says Shakta Kaur Khalsa, author of KISS Guide to Yoga. “Because yoga helps keep a balanced metabolism(新陈代谢), and it also helps to control weight. Additionally, yoga stretches(伸展;舒展) muscles lengthwise, causing fat around the cells disappear, thus losing weight.”

I do yoga poses throughout the day. After hours at my computer, I stretch my shoulders and arms. When I need an increase in energy, I do energizing poses. When I am feeling tired at the end of the day, I do restorative(恢复体力的) poses.

Yoga becomes part of your mental(精神的) life. Yoga teaches you to focus on breathing while you hold the poses. This attention to breath is calming; it removes stress and anxiety. I use yogic breathing on the tennis court, in the dentist’s chair, and when I’m stuck in traffic.

You should always leave a yoga practice feeling energetic, but not tired. If you feel tired after yoga, it means you spent the time “fighting” yourself, trying to force yourself into poses. In fact in yoga, you can be part of the poses by letting go of the tension and stress.
