One of most important sections of the Human Development Report is the Human Development Index, that measures a country’s achievements in three ways: life expectancy, education and income. The UK is in the thirteen position, but China is in the middle of the list. The report gives examples of success development. For example, in the last ten years in China, 150 million people have moved out of poor. However, the challenges is still great. Although most of the children in developing countries go to primary school, but about 115 million children are not being educate. The report shows that we are making progresses but that we need to make greater efforts.
