At an Indian wedding, there were hundreds of guests, all     1    (dress) up in formal, colourful clothes. What impressed me most was the bridegroom’s entrance on a beautiful white horse. Another was the part when Nadim’s father proudly     2     (lead) his daughter through the rows of seats to her husband. It reminded me     3     my sister’s wedding.

The customs that followed were anything but ordinary. The couple joined hands and walked around a small fire four times.
