Last summer I paid a visit Tianchi, which is a lake on top of Changbaishan. The road lead to it is so steep that visitors need some equipments to help them walk. When I got there, I was rewarded not only with the beautiful view and also interesting stories about it. The most famous one concern three young women from heaven. They were bathing in Tiaichi while a bird dropped a small fruit into the mouth of the youngest girl. Having been swallowed the fruit, the girl became pregnant and gave birth to a boy, which is said to be the father of the Manchu people. The water of Tianchi is very clear that you will forget your anxious when standing by it.

Dear Tom,
I’m delight to introduce you something about Chinese cultural heritage.
Hard-working and intelligently, Chinese people have made great contributions to the world civilization. Nowadays, many Chinese cultural heritage sites were preserved very well. If you have a chance to travel to China, I recommend yourself to visit Beijing and Xi’an, where many cultural sites are worth visited. Apart from the cultural heritage sites, the natural scenery in Guilin is such beautiful that you will be deeply impressed. Besides, some simple folk custom in the villages in Yunnan province are likely to remind you the good old days, during which living a harmonious life with the nature in the villages, as you know, are of great benefit.
Yours,
Li Hua

When George arrived in San Francisco, he went straightly to the hotel and drop his luggage. Then, he went explore in the city. The first thing was the ride on a cable car. He reached the top of the hill, from which he got a spectacular view of San Francisco Bay and the city. Built in 1873, the cable car system was invented by Andrew Hallidie, who wanted to find a better mean of transport than horse-draw trams. Apparent, he was shocked when he saw a terrible accident, which a tram slipped down the hill dragging the horses with it. With so much exploring, he returned back to the hotel, exhausted but happy.
